Today, I Started Prenatal Cardio Workout At Home =)





I like this workout by Denise Austin because it is very low impact and very easy to follow. I finished the whole routine and I felt good after. Im hoping that I could sleep better at night after being able to squeeze a workout with my busy nap-eat-sleep-repeat schedule everyday.

I am so happy my cross trainers still fit me.  =) I have three new pairs before I got preggers because of Insanity and I really hope my feet doesn't expand too much that I will have to buy new shoes, I really hope not.
